There have been a lot of buzz on social media platforms lately over the speed of Warthog.
Warthogs are pigs who live in open and semi-open habitats, even in quite arid regions, in sub-Saharan Africa.

Many are amazed how the animal can outrun it’s predators when attacked but is it really the fastest animal in the Savanna?
The answer is simply No, as there are some animals out there that can run at a faster pace than Warthogs.
In fact Cheetahs who also lives in the Savanna, are capable of running nearly twice the speed of Warthogs and are the fastest terrestrial animal.

However, Cheetahs have one fatal flaw that made many think Warthogs run faster than them.
The problem with cheaetahs is that they can only run so fast in short bursts, as they are known to tire out quickly but overall, Warthogs aren’t the fastest Animal in the Savanna.
