Renowned American musician, Jay Z is requesting that the judge require the woman accusing him and Diddy of s3xual assault reveal her identity.

TMZ reported that According to legal documents obtained Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, filed the motion on Monday morning.
The documents argue that “Fair is fair and It is not consistent with justice, fairness, or the rules governing federal proceedings for the Plaintiff and her counsel to smear the musician’s good name.”

They also emphasize Jay-Z’s “impeccable” reputation, noting he has never faced accusations of sexual misconduct.
Jay-Z further requests that if the judge does not compel the accuser to reveal her identity, the case should be dismissed altogether.
In the civil suit, the accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, alleges that both rappers, Jay Z and Diddy s3xually assaulted her in the year 2000 when she was just 13 years old.
