The city of Harare in Zimbabwe has warned residents about the legal implication of keeping more than two dogs in their homes in consonance with its dog control by-laws.
Per the regulations, it is an offence to own over two dogs on properties smaller than 2,000 square meters, whereas other bigger properties are restricted to a maximum of 4 dogs.
