An embittered father, took his own life at a parking garage in Los Angeles after attempts to find his missing daughter proved futile.
The man, Ryan Kobayashi lives in Hawaii and he had travelled to California to aid authorities as they embark on the search for his daughter, Hannah Koyabashi.
Unfortunately, his lifeless body was discovered at the base of a parking structure in LAX airport at dawn on Sunday, per a report by NBC Los Angeles.

This comes days after Hannah, the daughter of the deceased vanished from the streets of Los Angeles after reportedly failing to catch the flight from her hometown, Maui in Hawarii to New York City on November 8.
The Kobayashi family, from Hawaii, said in a statement: ‘The Kobayashi family endured a devastating tragedy today.
After tirelessly searching throughout Los Angeles for 13 days, Hannah’s father, Ryan Kobayashi, tragically took his own life. This loss has compounded the family’s suffering immeasurably.

Hannah Kobayashi was supposed to catch the flight at exactly 11pm but she could not make it.
Ryan was reportedly looking over for Hannah for 13 days and he was spotted on Friday sharing flyers to passers-by in Los Angeles, asking for information that would give leads to the whereabouts of Hannah.

She was also captured by CCTV camera having a conversation with a ticketing agent at LAX at around 5pm.
