Founder of Potter’s House in Dallas, US, Bishop TD Jakes suffered a medical emergency during church service on Sunday sending chilling nerves down the spine of the congregation and online viewers.
The religious leader whilst preaching in a service suddenly stopped preaching and began to shake while seated on a chair.
In a video shared online, some members of the church including pastors and protocol rushed to him to ensure he was okay.
In an update on this incident, Bishop TD Jakes who taken to the hospital received urgent medical attention and thankfully, he is responded to treatment and is currently stable.
In a statement, the church said Bishop Jakes “experienced a slight health incident and received immediate medical attention following his powerful hour-long message.”
“Bishop Jakes is stable and under the care of medical professionals,” the church said. “The entire Potter’s House family is grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from the community.”
