Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has advised his fellow brothers and sisters to avoid rent whilst encouraging them to own their own houses.
Sighted on his Instagram story, the former member of the defunct music duo, P-Square indicated that one can have total lifetime freedom if you don’t pay rent.
According to him, tenants are prone to disrespect by their landlords so they must work hard to get out of that life.
He wrote;
“See ehh… No matter what you do in life make sure you work soo hard to avoid rent. Because that’s a lifetime freedom. Get yours. It doesn’t matter where or the location. The fear of landlords is the beginning of disrespect and see finish. Get yours. That will be the beginning of your financial freedom.”

His advice has generated lots of applause from Internet users as a majority of them alluded to his standpoint.
