A man is taking legal actions against an ambulance provider for some interesting reasons.

His lawsuit came after he claims they strck him, took him to the hospital, and then billed him for the ride.

According to WSAZ 3 News, Oregon cyclist William Hoesch was hitt by a Columbia River Fre & Rescue ambulance while riding his bike.
The lawsuit states that after the accident, the ambulance transported Hoesch to the hospital but later sent him a bill for $1,862 for the ride.

Hoesch is seeking $997,000 to cover the ambulance bill, medical expenses, and compensation for pan and s*ffering.
