Video footage of the tragic car accident involving Liverpool forward Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva has been released.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, July 3, 2025, at approximately 12:30 AM local time (11:30 PM BST) on the A-52 motorway in the municipality of Cernadilla, Zamora.

According to the reports, the Lamborghini carrying the Portuguese international and his brother, veered off the road due to a tire blowout while overtaking another vehicle. The car subsequently rolled and burst into flames.
Emergency services, including the Zamora Traffic Police, the Zamora Provincial Council Fire Brigade, and a Medical Emergency Unit from the Mombuey Health Center, responded promptly but both brothers were declared dead on the scene.

In the footage released, the car is seen wrecked and and burnt from the flames that came off after the accident.
