President Zelensky revealed Germany allocated 7 billion euros in military aid to Ukraine this year

Ukrainian president, Zelensky has made some interesting revelation while taking plans about his next action about the ongoing war with Russia.

Zelensky in an X post revealed he held a diplomatic talk with the president of Germany which would go a long way to have positive impact in Ukraine’s defense against Russia.

He made it clear his intentions to negotiate a long lasting peace between Ukraine and Russia as soon as possible.

Zelensky also accused Russian president, Putin of not taking giant steps to end the war between the two neighboring countries.

In an X post, Zelensky wrote:

“Defense assistance, investments in Ukraine’s defense industry, and support for our path to European integration were the main topics of our meeting with the President of the German Bundestag, @JuliaKloeckner.

We discussed ways to bring a just and lasting peace closer. So far, Russia has made no moves in that direction. It is crucial to act together to stop its aggression.”

According to Zelensky, Germany allocated as much as 7 Billon Euros as a support for their defense this year.

“We thank Germany for its decision to allocate 7 billion euros in military aid to Ukraine this year. We also addressed the possibility of increasing this amount — we are counting on parliamentary support.” He added
