New York, May 15, 2025 – In a Manhattan courtroom, jurors in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking and racketeering trial were shown disturbing images from events called “freak-offs.” These were described as drug-fueled sex parties allegedly organized by Combs, a famous music mogul. The images, which were too graphic to be shared with the public, left the jury visibly shaken.
Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, testified that she was forced to take part in these events. She said Combs recorded the “freak-offs” and used the videos to blackmail her, threatening to ruin her career. Ventura also described being beaten by Combs and coerced into sexual acts with male escorts while he watched.

The court saw five still images from videos, shown only to the jury and lawyers on private screens. Jurors reacted with gasps, some covering their mouths or shaking their heads. The images reportedly showed Ventura with male escorts, along with items like baby oil and lubricants.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that the videos and images will stay private to protect Ventura and others involved. Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, looked at the images during the trial but kept them hidden from the public gallery.

Prosecutors say the “freak-offs” involved drugs like ketamine and ecstasy to keep participants compliant. Ventura testified that she felt trapped, fearing violence if she refused to participate. The trial, which began this week, is expected to last nearly three months.
Combs’ lawyers argue the events were consensual and deny the allegations. The case continues to draw attention as more details emerge about the alleged crimes.
