“Apologizing to Ibrahim Traore will be an insult to me as a four star General” – Says US General Michael Langley

United States General, Michael Langley has spoken about the critism he received from a large section of Africans and followers of Captain Ibrahim Traore.

Recalled that General Michael Langley made headlines after accusing the Burkina Faso leader of mismanagement.

General Michael Langley alleged that Captain Ibrahim Traore was only preserving the country’s natural resources for his personal gains.

His statement came after the Burkina Faso leader made a firm stand on not allowing any western power interfere in their gold mines.

His video generated massive critism from most Africans all over the world with calls for him to issue an apology to Captain Ibrahim Traore.

But then things have taken a new twist now as the US general vowed never to apologize to the Burkina Faso leader.

According to a report filed on X by African Hub, General Michael Langley said it will be an insult to him if he apologize in anyway.

He stated emphatically that, he was only doing his job as a four star General who’s mandate is to seek the interest of the United States.
