GFA Sues Journalist Muftawu Nabila and Multimedia Group for GH₵20 Million

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has taken legal action against journalist Muftawu Nabila and the Multimedia Group.

It seems there’s going to be some form of legal battle between the Ghana football association and multimedia Group.

The Ghana football association is seeking GH₵20 million in damages over reports made by the journalist.

In the report, Muftawu Nabila alleged corruption and procurement breaches in the Division One club buses deal.

Recalled that the Ghana football association suffered major backslashes when they procured some number of buses for some Division one clubs.

The report was first broken to the public by the multimedia Group journalist, Muftawu Nabila.

The GFA is demanding a public retraction, an apology, and a perpetual injunction to prevent further publications on the matter.
