A woman prefers flying every day to work instead of living in the same city as her office.
From Monday to Friday, AirAsia employee Racheal Kaur wakes pre-dawn hours to bellow in Penang Malaysia.

At 5 a.m., she is out on the road heading to the airport for her short flight to Kuala Lumpur.
The journey covers just about 40 minutes, and she usually flies in the evening back home around 7 p.m.

Racheal claims that it also enables her to save costs while giving her quality time with her children.
Explaining her intense morning schedule, she says: “Usually, I’m up around 4 am, 4:10 am, 4:15 am at the latest. And then, I am showered, dressed, and I leave my home by 5 am.”

“And then I take a slow drive to the airport, boarding is at 5:55 am, so it gives me plenty of time to, you know, park my car, put on my shoes, walk over, get myself boarded, check into the flight, sit down.”
According to Racheal, her mortgage would be around MYR 1,000 (or about $224) in Penang.

Renting would cost something closer to MYR 1,500 (approximately $336) in Kuala Lumpur.
She emphasizes how much this setup benefits her family, adding: “I’m able to go home every day, I’m able to see my kids at night, and help out with any last-minute homework,”
