Elon Musk has announced the newest release, Grok 3, from his artificial intelligence company xAI, which will take place on February 17, 2023.
Musk mentioned that this new model is supposedly the “smartest AI on Earth” in the fast-growing competition of the market.

“Will be honing product with the team all weekend, so offline until then,” Musk wrote.
The billionaire entrepreneur, who also serves as a top advisor to former U.S. President Donald Trump on cutting government spending, has been pushing for a stronger foothold in the AI sector.
A post by Musk on his social media platform, X, says that the flagship AI product will be launched with a demonstration at 8:00 pm Pacific time (0400 GMT).
According to him, Grok 3 was trained in synthesizing data and intended to refine its reasoning by looking back on past mistakes and evaluating data logically.

Musk had earlier indicated that Grok 3 was in the final stages and would be released in a few weeks.
xAI wants to develop a unique position in an increasingly competitive AI environment within which most players are represented, with the exception of well-known names such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

The market is experiencing a never-before-seen level of competition.
The competition in the AI market has intensified, particularly after the introduction of a low-cost, high-quality chatbot developed by the Chinese start-up DeepSeek in the last month, challenging the United States’ dominance in AI technology.
DeepSeek quickly overtook ChatGPT in downloads on the Apple App Store because of its suspicious market research raising apprehensions about the future global shift in leadership in the sector.
