The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has officially declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta a fugitive.
The Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng told the press in a brief that Ken Ofori Atta is at large as forces are still in the search for him.

According to him, Ken Ofori Atta, a founding member of Databank has been found to be involved in some suspicious activities of corruption during his term as Finance Minister.

Part of his statement reads;
“A few minutes ago, I signed a directive declaring a high-profile person a fugitive of justice. This person is wanted by the OSP to answer changes in respect of several cases.
The fugitive’s name is Kenneth Ofori Atta”
This marks a dramatic escalation in the ongoing corruption investigations against him.
